Nothing but New Zealand grown cold pressed walnuts. Delicious drizzled over salads or freshly steamed asparagus, through pasta dishes, as a dip, or dripped on a serving plate with blue cheese or savoury tarts. Other delicious uses:

• brush chicken and fish before frying or baking

• use in your favorite carrot cake recipe

• make pesto using fresh walnuts, basil and walnut oil
