Shipping & Returns

 

All prices on this site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all transactions are billed in NZD. You'll receive an order confirmation via email, followed by a shipping advice email when packed for pick up.

We currently use Post Haste couriers for orders in New Zealand. A flat rate of $10.00 applies for non-rural orders under 20kg.  Rural addresses are $14.00 due to courier surcharges sorry. We offer FREE DELIVERY in New Zealand on orders over $140. 

Please note that we are unable to deliver to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) due to the significant additional costs. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, but can send to the postal agent's physical address if they are willing to accept parcels for you. 

We aim for overnight delivery on South Island orders and a two-day service for the North Island (from the time of dispatch).  Occasionally, transport disruptions may affect inter-island timeframes.

If you order before midday, we will aim to get your order out the same day, otherwise it will be sent on the next working day. Please let us know if your delivery is urgent and we'll see what we can do.
If you have any special instructions for where the courier should leave your order, please write this in the 'special instructions' section on the shopping cart page. 
If your order is lost in transit, please report this to us within 14 days of it being shipped to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Damages must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please note that we cannot send single orders to multiple addresses. You will need to make one order per address.
