Our hazelnut spread is gluten free, and 100% natural being simply roasted and ground New Zealand grown hazelnuts. This is an easy, tasty way to eat nuts.

• on toast or in a smoothie for breakfast.

• as a base layer in fruit tarts or crumbles.

• as a filling between layered chocolate cake - it combines beautifully with all thing's chocolate!

• spread on crepes, add cream cheese and slices of fruit then roll up for a yummy dessert.

• mix through pasta dishes for a lovely nutty flavour.

• add 1/2 teaspoon to half mussels in the shell and grill.
