Our hazelnut meal is made from 100% New Zealand-grown chopped hazelnuts that are rich in Vitamin E and fibre.  It adds a natural nutty flavour and body to cakes, cookies, breads and muffins.

Also enjoy the sweet and nutty flavours of our gluten free hazelnut meal by:

• adding to meringues or macaroons

• using as a base for flourless chocolate cakes
