Blackcurrant seed flour is a nutritious gluten free flour made from New Zealand grown blackcurrant seeds. If you are feeling a little adventurous, this flour adds a burst of flavour, colour and texture to pastry bases and desserts, tarts, fruit cakes, bread, chocolate biscuits and muffins. Mix with meringues or the iconic pavlova mixture and enjoy the results! Use sparingly as the flour has a strong flavour.
