Hazelnuts, one of the smallest of nuts, are a nutritional giant, loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids and Vitamin E. They are a moorish snack, and when diced, add a delicious flavour to biscuits, cakes, bread or vegetables.

Hazelnut flavour is a divine companion to fish. Sprinkle fish dishes with chopped hazelnuts or use hazelnut oil when steaming fish or baked fish recipes.

Then there are the quick easy deserts, delicious with fruit, berries and of course combined with chocolate.

Uncle Joe's Hazelnut oil is an easy way to add a new nutty flavour to food.

Our Hazelnuts are pressed by Oil Seed Extractions, leaders in their field. They cold press the nuts without intrusion of air and light, retaining all the exceptional health benefits of our hazelnuts and giving our oils a longer shelf life.

Drizzle over hot bread just  out of the oven or use it in focaccia bread for flavour and dipping.

Add to fish with lemon pepper and parmesan, before steaming. Add to half shell mussels before grilling.

Roll vege pieces in oil, and cook at 200 degrees C for 10 mins. Taste the crisp nutty flavour it gives them, or simply drizzle over warm veges to add a taste delight.

Enjoy in pesto or any cake recipes that use oil.
